At cheapumrah-packages.co.uk by agreeing to the terms we present to you which you should please take the time to read as they detail what you as a customer may do and what we expect of you.

1. Basic Information.

Cheap Umrah Packages is a UK company that provides services for Umrah and Hajj which we do in association with licensed and ATOL protected tour operators. We comply with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj  Umrah and also adhere to UK travel regulations.

2. Reservations and Payments.

• At the point of booking a non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your package.
• Full payment is due at least 8 weeks before your departure date.
• Bookings within 8 weeks of departure are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• We support payment by bank transfer, debit and credit card, also we have authorized payment gateways.

3. Cancellations and Refunds.

• Cancellations must be put in writing by email.
• All deposits are for final.
• Refunds for full payments (excepting the deposit) will follow the airline, hotel, and visa policy terms and may include admin fees.
• If the airline or Saudi authorities issue you a denial for visa or entry we are not responsible for related losses or delays.
  

4. Inclusions Package.

Our Umrah packages may include: 

• Return flights
• Hotel accommodations in Makkah and Madinah
• Umrah visa processing
• Ground travel (eg, airport pick up, intercity transport).

For each package included items may vary. At the time of booking please review all details.

5. Visas & Passports

• A passport which is valid for at least 6 months is required.
• Umrah visas at time of issue are at the discretion of the Saudi Ministry.
• We do that for the documentation side of things, of which visa issuance is at the full discretion of Saudi authorities.
• Failure to present proper documents will cause delays or cancellation which Cheap Umrah Packages does not take responsibility for.
  

6. Travel Insurance

We advise that all travelers get full coverage travel insurance which includes medical emergencies, lost luggage, cancellations and delays.

7. Health Requirements

• Pilgrims should be in good health and perform the Umrah rituals.
• For some vaccines (for example Meningitis ACWY) they are required of Umrah travelers.
• Pregnant women, children, and elderly pilgrims are to see their doctor before traveling.
  

8. Changes to Itinerary

• We are able to change flight schedules, hotels, or transportation at will should we run into issues with availability or the unexpected.
• For the large scale issues (for example hotel drop or flight cancelations) we will put it in writing to you and also present you with a work around.
  

9. Conduct & Compliance

• All pilgrims are to follow Islamic precepts and comply with local Saudi laws.
• Any breaking of Hajj/Umrah rules will result in deportation or fines. Also we are not responsible for misbehavior while traveling.
• You are to ensure that your conduct and documentation is in compliance with UK and Saudi regulations.
  

10. Force Majeure

Cheap Umrah Packages are not responsible for disruptions due to events outside our control such as:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Airline strikes
• Visa policy changes
• Pandemic outbreaks

In which case we are at the disposal of third party supplier policies for refunds and rebookings.

11. Liability Disclaimer

While we are as careful as can be to see that our clients have a smooth experience, at Cheap Umrah Packages we act as a booking agent which is why we are not responsible for:

• Airline delays or cancellations
• Hotel service issues
• Visa rejections
• Health emergencies
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
  

12. Complaints Procedure

If you have a concern please bring it to our attention during the journey which is when we may be able to fix it right away. As for issues that we are unable to resolve at the time, please put your complaint in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of your return.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are under the law of England and Wales which also has jurisdiction over any disputes.
